Shipping Policy
Delivery charges are applied to each order and we aim to send your order within 2-3 working days from when we receive it.

We understand that sometimes you need to get your hands on your new purchase as soon as possible, if your order is required by a certain date, please do not hesitate to contact us at lovecraftandtonic@gmail.com and we will work our little socks off to meet your deadline.

Delivery Rates

UK Royal Mail Second Class £3.20 (2-3days delivery)
During busy periods (such as Christmas) delivery may take longer than the times specified. We'll be sure to let you know if there are any changes to the above.

** Please note we're unable to cover the cost of re-sending orders returned to us due to incomplete address or non collection**
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you're happy with your purchase but rest assured, if you're not you can simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund or exchange.

We're just unable to cover the cost of the return postage unless it is faulty.

Returned items should be unused and in original packaging. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to offer an exchange.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
