Although paints are non toxic and washable, protective clothing is advised

If a return is required you can simply return the item to us in its original unopened and unused condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund or exchange

I'm afraid we are unable to cover the cost of the return postage unless it is faulty

Returned items should be unopened and unused. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge

Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be more than happy to offer an exchange

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made
Delivery charges are applied to each order and we aim to send your order within 2-3 working days from when we receive it.
